HACCP 
In the food and beverage industry is mandatory compliance 
European regulations HACCP (risk and critical analysis 
Control subjects) under which you may not use 
chemicals and the use of electrified grid in 
insect killers. 
In place of the electrified grid used special, 
laboratory tested adhesive attracting surface 
trapping insects. 
The relevant current laws health provisions are 
TL / 195/97-CE93 / 43 and 96/3 of the Council of Europe of 14 
June 1993. These provisions are compulsory for 
whole food and beverage industry and for the industry 
catering (restaurants, bakeries, butchers, supermarkets etc.).
